PepsiCo., it turns out, is one of the largest users of GMO "foods" in their products in the country. This is just one that got "busted" for it: "Naked Juice Co. agreed to pay $9 million to settle the suit, which was brought by a group of consumers who alleged the juices and smoothies could not be called natural and GMO-free. Under the terms of the settlement, Naked Juice can continue to deny that they misled the public, but they are changing the labels nonetheless. "
