LEARN MORE: bit.ly/11pCVIW PJW: Obviously such is critical...if not, the contract made between the Federal Government and the States should be null and void...to interpret the contract in whatever way you want according to the whims of the day is in essence side-stepping the provisions made in the contract to legitimately change it...Belief in interpreting the Constitution in any way other than the way it was originally meant is in essence the subterfuge of political activism by those who have no interest in appropriate relations with or treatment of their fellow citizens but rather have interest in only furthering the ideology, all those in their way be damned - which sadly is certainly the methods of most current politicos including judges who routinely engage in such.
