You know my natural tendencies, The ease with which I fall, But you have made provision, Lord, My weakness to replace With Christly power and Spirit’s sword – With all-sufficient grace. Lord, let me see my weaknesses Through your eyes – not my own Convince me that your energies Have weakness overthrown. That weakness – such a scourge to me – Lets mercy’s light shine through, Reveals your strength more perfectly And glory brings to you.
