Perhaps projects like these are where a bulk of the literally trillions upon trillions upon trillions of dollars are disappearing to when they say its missing or unaccounted for. My wife and I, as well as another witness at the hotel we were staying at in Texas, saw at least 3 unidentified flying objects take down two fighter jets. We saw the smoke, and we saw the two jets plummet with what looked to be distress beacons flashing. As we were seeing these 3 U.F.O. crafts darting around, all over the sky, performing maneuvers that would rip apart any conventional aircraft relying on lift, we heard a loud, and seemingly omnipresent ROAR, and over our heads flew about 7 fighter jets who were obviously scrambled because of the encounter. They all had BRIGHT blinking white lights on them, same as the two we saw go down. They chased after the U.F.Os, but within a minute or so they were beyond the horizon. It was dusk, and we could clearly see the difference between the unidentifiable crafts and the jets that went down, and that were scrambled. There were also other planes in the sky, so we had a constant flight pattern and visual comparison, THESE WERE NOT AIRPLANES. However, I do NOT feel they were E.T., or alien.
