We are seeking a manager with the flexibility to work in a demanding environment with a passion for care of the elderly. The Service Within this role you will be covering a group of care homes across Glasgow & Surrounding areas. The homes will cater for frail elderly & dementia service users. The Candidate The ideal candidate will have worked in a care home environment previously and dealt with the frail elderly and dementia. The candidate will have had previous / current multi site management experience and posses a kind, friendly and very approachable personality and most importantly have a passion for quality care. Requirements (Essential) - RGN, RMN or RNLD nursing qualification - Must have previous / current multi site care home management experience -Excellent knowledge of SCSWIS regulations within a care home environment - Experience dealing with large extensive budgets with full autonomy over EBITDA - Strong up to date clinical skills - Flexibility - Full UK driving licence Requirements (Desired) - Good communication skills at all levels - A good team player - A pro active person who endeavours all types of challenges - Someone who has a passion for quality care Benefits - Excellent annual holiday allowance - Car allowance / company car - Performance related bonus (Quality & EBITDA based) - Company mobile phone & Laptop - On going training & development programme - Good progressional aspects - Free parking Summary My client is looking to pay £43,000 per year plus excellent benefits which will be discussed further at interview.
