Personal Injury Litigation in Ontario, Canada lesson #22,394: This post relates to my Ottawa Community Housing (Corporation) subsidized bachelor apartment, where I resided upwards of two years. On the government end of organized crime; attached is a video of a glass of water. Problem is that its rippling constantly - for a year, consecutively - due to a floor vibration which two OCH staff observed; one even emailing me that he saw the glass constantly ripple, but refused to say his employers property was vibrating - couldnt be sure, he said. This floor vibration aggravated my diabetic feet and, combined with the more dangerous dirty electricity problems at that apartment (which OCH ignore(d/s)), caused feet pain well prior to my September, 2011 amputation (especially when I turned on the apt.s old stove - then the sharp feet pain would commence predictably, every few minutes). Interestingly Hydro Ottawa took EMF readings in the apartment, but wouldnt reveal the reading coming from the stove (because it wasnt their responsibility - why did they measure it then... and indicate to me it was high; which means dangerous?) OCH/Landlord Tenant Tribunal did nothing about my complaints (the aforementioned, electrical currents, smoke pouring into my non-smoking apartment, etc.
