Personal Trainers ....... If your clients cant perform a bodyweight squat correctly, please dont get them squatting while standing on a BOSU. If theyre not comfortable with press-ups, then plyometric press-ups that resemble violent floor humps should probably be a no-go too. Oh, and kettlebell swings that involve holding the bell for 2 seconds overhead, and so much lumbar flexion it looks like theyre about to crap out their spleen ......... probably not so good either. Ah, the joys of having a commercial gym membership. :)
