Personal assistant to Chief Financial Officer 12 months fixed contract Main Purpose: The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Office of the CFO for effective and accurate workflow. Key Requirements: National Diploma or equivalent in Office or Business Administration with a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience. Good administrative skills, computer literate, good written and verbal communication skills, and previous experience in office management. Key Responsibilities will entail the following: • Documentation and recording of incoming correspondence and internal communication; • Liaise and communicate with various stakeholders regarding any administrative related matters and queries; • Effective Diary management of CFO and good Report writing skills; • Effective Minute taking and travelling arrangements; • File all documentation and correspondence as per the agreed filing system to allow for quick and efficient access to information; • Assist with information that is to be captured and filed to ensure that the information is correctly stored and accessible (including filing backlog); • To assist with the coordination of events and activities on behalf of the unit to ensure the successful implementation of the planned activities. • To oversee and maintain a clean and welcoming environment in the office of the Chief Financial Officer.
