Personally, I cannot stand very few of my coworkers. Literally, cant stand them.. I find them immoral according to my personal standards. However, Ive always acknowledged their strengths. I would literally go up to their faces and tell them how good they are at this or that. You know why? Because I dont have self-confidence issues. Making them look bad, wont make me look good. I would welcome working with them, despite how awkward our communication might be. Because I strive for success and the more the challenge the more I succeed and benefit everyone else within what is common between us all our organization. Thats how normal people should be.
