Personally, the fact that crime rates have increased is normal as long as criminals are pardoned on occasions. Some Moroccans have reacted strongly against the rise of crimes in major cities. They must remember that criminals are simply robbing, killing, injuring, threatening, assaulting and frightening citizens. They are not causing chaos so that the authorities will intervene in time. In Morocco, there are two kinds of policemen or security officers. If you are attacked by a criminal, dont waste your time waiting for a policeman to save you. However, if you just think of taking to the street, not doing it, so many policemen and secuity officers will come to you. Welcome, dear criminals!
