Pet Amber Alert: Dont know how many of you are aware of this group but they are responsible for the return of Tammys dogs. It works just like the Amber Alert does when a child is missing. The group calls all the households in a very wide radius, sends flyers via fax to businesses, etc. Covers much more ground that we can individually. This is not a free service and there are different levels with the cost varying based on the extent of coverage you want. Just wanted to share so if you or someone you know should ever have a lost pet, we can highly recommend this service. There is also a free service, Lost Dogs of Texas that will help will flyers and postings, etc. We never expect to need these services but it was certainly a god-send.
