Pet lovers and owners: I was grocery shopping earlier today. When I checked out and got to the car I noticed a little white fluffy dog jumping around in a vehicle . The passenger side window was rolled down about an inch. I could see he was getting hot. I waited almost ten minutes and no owners, I then called inside the store and they couldnt help. I then called the PEARL PD and gave the dispatcher over the car tag number of the car. Guess who walked up? The woman was so upset I reported her dog locked up in the car, she was pissed and whispered to her mother I told you we were gone more than ten minutes I left her standing there looking dumb and pissed when I really wanted to throw a fur coat on her and then kick her butt into the car, windows rolled up and see how she would handle TEN MINUTES. Its all it takes on a hot day for a pet or child to over heat.
