Pet peeve.....cashiers who cant do basic math.I was at Lowes,and bought two rose bushes that were 75% of regular price of $8.98,and two packs of flower seeds,$1.35 and $1.59.The discounted price wasnt programmed in register,so clerk had to calculate it....not exactly a tough task,but it was too much for her brain....she told me shes been out of school almost 10 years,to which I respond its been almost 30 yrs for me,but still able to do basic math.She proceeds to ring up the two rose bushes for $2.25 each,plus seed packs that totaled roughly $3,and tells me my total is $32.05....and she honestly believed that was the correct amount,even when I pointed out if roses were regular price,the total would be around $21,not $32.....apparently she rang up stuff totally wrong....ugh
