Petco refused to take the guinea pig back yesterday cause I didnt have a reciept and the carbon copy reciept I signed apparently got mailed to California and they called the RGM and he said I couldnt return it. This morning I called and asked for the home office number where they send their paperwork. And the man had me explain my story so I told him everything having to give up my dog so I got a guines pig and the place Im moving to dont accept guinea pigs so I was gonna trade it for a parakeet. Told him how they called the RGM and he even said no exchanges. Surprise ending he was the RGM never got a phone call and they must call their office there at the store California cause he found it and is letting me exchange the guinea pig for store credit so I can get a bird :-) I told him if I could help him to get a raise I would and ofcourse I started crying cause I was happy.
