Pete Peeve: When you are nice enough to stop to let a pedestrian cross, whether in a crosswalk or not, and they take their sweet time moving across. Worse yet, they walk diagonally across, while walking slowly. Worse still, they and their 5 or 10 kids, while walking slowly and diagonally across, walk in a single file line, one behind the other, rather than in a line side by side, which would make it just a little bit quicker. Makes me want to mount a bullhorn siren thingy on the grill of my truck and blast the hell out of people.
