Peter Dauphinee Round 4 - Week of November 25 So, SWN for some - TopicsExpress

Peter Dauphinee Round 4 - Week of November 25 So, SWN for some reason found Round 3 insufficiently productive. No one really knows why they accomplished so little the week of November 11 before giving up and resorting again to a justice system that works so effectively hand in hand with a cozy cabal of government and industry. With another outrageously illegitimate injunction in hand, SWN and the police mean business now. They will stop at nothing to get er done. The injunction would never stand the test of an actual justice system i.e. one that acted impartially and accorded equal consideration to the position of both parties. Not on on JD Irvings watch! Judge Judy had just a week earlier shown her disdain for native rights if they imped progress, and this time used crude sleight of hand to avoid considering any part of the respondents side of the story. She explicitly denied the rights they have to seek counsel and enter evidence before a draconian injunction issued. SWN had its way absent any troublesome opposition no matter how compelling. Now the RCMP have been whipped into shape and are attempting a reign of terror non the streets and highways. What power! What an incredible waste of our money, and a perversion of justice and right. Almost all of the arrests are unfounded and illegal, without even counting an Order their own lawyer knows is improperly issued. Absent perjury, the RCMP will be hard pressed ever to show cogent grounds for the arrests. Of course, none of these many wasteful proceedings are for any valid public purpose but are intended only to weaken and intimidate citizens conducting peaceful protest against a monstrous policy.
