YOU follow Me.” - John 21:21:22 Todays Subject: Minding Your Own Business Jesus was talking to Peter and what He wants Peter to do, He wasnt talking to John and so why is Peter worried about what John is doing? There lies the problem that still exists today. People are so focused on what other people are doing that they are missing what they should be doing. If we could manage to keep our focus on the Savior and not what was said. If we could manage to keep our focus on God and not the gossip. If we could manage to keep our focus on The Redeemer and not the rumor imagine how effective we could be in advancing the Kingdom. Jesus was such a huge proponent of Minding Your Own Business that He said in Matthew 7 please dont talk about the speck in my eye and you have a plank in yours. Lets get an ax and handle your log first while youre focused on my lint. Going into 2015 its time to shift our focus on what really matters. Its not about whats going on with them, its about what God wants to do in you, unless your aim is to genuinely help others, Minding Your Own Business can actually prosper your business. Jesus in essence was telling Peter, Please stop meddling in Johns business and lets focus on what I desire to do in you. The world would be such a better place when we learn to Mind Our Own Business. It was a tight Word today and Im so glad the saints still love me after releasing it. Lol We are praising God for the 4 who gave their life to Christ and our New Members who joined. Its an exciting time to be serving the Lord!
