Phew! Including an impromptu Camp Winnataska campfire set with Marjory Day, Thomas Day and I played 9 shows in 3 days this week in Bham winding up with a really fun show last night for the Pinson Library. This was my 9th annual run of shows at the Hoover Library. Every year I think It cant get any better that this -- and every year it does. Thanks to all the families who sang along, dreamed big & stomped in the mud. And as always thanks to Mary Ann Cohen Laura Tucker and all the staff for making our job so easy. Thanks too to Jeremy Davis for his command performance as Blackbeard the Pirate. Broadway cant be too far away. And of course thanks to the lovely Jodie Day for keeping Thomas and me organized. I think we can all agree without Jodie, Thomas and I would probably still be staring at all the gear in the garage trying to figure at how to fit it in the rock n roll minivan.
