Phew...just finished cleanin the Lucky truck and the Lucky HQ. Yknow, 17 hour days on the trot are pretty hard. Specially when youve had 4 of em. Sometimes, you just wanna have a lil cry in the kitchen cos your feet hurt. AND. You wanna go nigh nighs. But it always amazes me, how the words of one person can give you the strength to keep on goin. HIGHLIGHT OF TODAY: A sweet lady who said, it was the BEST beef tongue taco shed ever had, and shed previously been living in SF for 15 years. We take that as a HUGE compliment. AND she said we were the most creative thing at The Food Show @ ASB Showgrounds - well take that too. See you tomorrow for tacos homigos! Go the LENGUA!
