Browny ticks all the boxes,he adores the club,has desire,passion,energy,interacts with supporters,is positive,usually happy,a good tactician and proven at this level. Experienced and knows what the club is about. Won 5 out of 6 games at BWFC as caretaker manager in 98/99. He would put the pride back into the club and fans would give him time. Southend are rumoured to have been approached already with regard to his availability.
