Thanksgiving is always an incredible reminder how blessed I am to have such an enormous network of loving and supportive family and friends. For years now its also made me consider the people who dont have access to the same close by. It breaks my heart a little too think about someone not having somewhere to go be with, eat with, laugh with, and enjoy connection with other awesome people. So Ive been toying with an idea. What if I hosted thanksgiving at my place. What if I had all the food prepared by an amazing chef. What if everyone pitched in on the food and a little extra. What if we took that little extra, put it together, and found someone in more dire need. Maybe even homeless. What if I picked this person up early, brought them here for a nice warm shower, a fresh Shave, new clothes, a warm jacket, and Gave them an unforgettable thanksgiving experience along with the rest of us. If I were to put that together, who do you know that would be interested in participating?
