Jessica Dean will co-anchor “Eyewitness News” at 5, 6 and 11 p.m. on CBS 3, as well as CW Philly’s 10 p.m. newscast. She joins co-anchor Chris May and replaces Susan Barnett, whose contract expired this spring.
