Philomena Cornu Today at 2:16pm Just spoke to my Best friend who is a Barrister with a Masters with distinction in European Union Law advises that you can sue anyone under this Aarhus who has broken this Law - which each of the Police have Violated this Law so you send a copy of this to the Chief of Police - then they can be sued either singly or as a a group go to the Highest Court you can & tell the Judge to make an application at same time to refer the case to the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg for a determination for a Preliminary Ruling to tell that Court thats Hearing the case what Law it must apply - the Judge must accept - he has no choice not to or he too can be sued under your Aarhus Three Pillars of Justice you have the right of Access to Justice & the same format applies the make an application at the same time to refer it to the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg for the determination of a Preliminary Ruling thats Hearing the case what Law must apply! In Other words Aarhus law will apply No Case against you but you have a case against them! Obviously the Corrupt Government is instructing the Police illegally to Arrest the People to terrorize them into Submission - this will not work as they are Breaking the Law that they made an Oath to uphold! In other words you can Sue their arses Off & go for Damages if anyone is Hurt or injured as a Result of this Violation of your Legal Rights.Take their names & addresses as they could lose their homes in Compensation to you if they cause you Grief or Injury!
