Phoned Citibank Customer Service just now to waive the annual fee of my wifes credit card. CS : Sorry, we cannot waive the fee because this year no promotion. (keep on repeating for god knows how many times). You have to pay the bloody RM90 fee. We are so so sorry! Me : WTF! Your people said we can waive the fee by making a phone call. Thats why we signed up for this card in the first place. Now, you are charging us? Do you realize how many banks that offer free for life membership? Damn, you just lose yourself a customer, SINKIBANK!
