Photo: tgvn.vn Ho Chi Minh city Youth Union and the State Commission for Overseas on July 22, launched a summer camp for young overseas Vietnamese and young people in the city in 2014 with the theme “My homeland’s green sea”. The summer camp will take place from July 22-25 in Ho Chi Minh city and Vung Tau city. Apart from young Vietnamese, 60 young Vietnamese from overseas including countries such as the US, the UK, France, Germany, Russia, Belgium, Ukraine, Thailand, Laos and Cambodia will also attend the event. This is a chance for young overseas Vietnamese to return to the homeland, exchange with young people in the homeland, as well as visit landscapes and historical relics to understand more about the tradition of the nation./.
