Physical Therapy: My therapists asks if Ive heard of Dry Needling and proceeds to explain it to me..... I agree to it. Its similar to acupuncture. She proceeds to stick needles directly into my locked up muscles and force them to release. Painful, in a strange way. She sticks my forearm and both my traps. Then I get some electro-stim treatment. Next, she wraps me in a warm blanket and I get sleepy. Afterwards, I feel like I got beat down with a hammer. Ive heard of noodling and canoodling, this is nothing like that! She tells me Ill feel better later..... Im waiting on later.
