#PiYo #sweat is no joke! This was 30 min of no impact body weight resistance strength and flexibility training that truly kicked my butt but left me feeling so GOOD afterwards!!!! With the stretching while strength training, I feel relaxed but still like I got s good workout!. I LOVE to lift and wasnt sure if I was really going to enjoy this program but I think this will be my new go to program for in between the more extreme programs that I enjoy. Like if you need some more flexibility in your life!
