Picked up a 1941 Farmall H Saturday. Motor turned a little but not much. Fred Sagan(tractor master) told me last night if I was going to do it, to do it right. Mo came up at 10am to take the head off. We found that the number 3 jug was rusty at about 1pm. I got off work about 5 and helped. We ended up taking about everything we could apart. She is old enough every seal leaks. Lots of homade stuff over the years. I have alot of bead blasting and wire brushing to do now. Next step is to separate the motor from the beast. ..and start ordering parts. Mr Mcclintocs 73rd birthday is today and he wanted to strip a tractor. He works harder than me. ...by 10x.
