Pictouyouthcenter YouthCenter There is only so many people in Pictou who would do something like that, get police involved and take finger prints from the cash register and the rack the candy was on, metal things leave good finger prints, and if theres any writing or anything they wrote thats a big plus, everyone has different writing, even if they used their opposite hand, take a detailed list of what they stole, how much cash and stock you had before hand, the hours that there was nobody there, and calculate down to the last minute, they obviously planned something, you close at 8/9, and it usually takes you 15-30 minutes to clean and then you leave, so by 8/9:30 the place is empty, it may not be a slight clue but someone who lives up past the pine streets may not be down there, and they probably had backpacks, if not then they needed time to run to their settling place, so that is roughly 10-30 minutes, including getting in, damaging, filling their backpack/pockets and returning home, so that leavs you at 10pm, however if they waited until the middle of the night like 3am, then it probably wasnt anybody who has strict parents (or atleast common sense to go out that late), like the people who go to the centre such as justin, nick, ethan, sam and whoever else. Maybe installing cheap cameras would help, even if there not the super hd quality camera with 15x zoom and quality sound even a fuzzy picture of what the person was wearing could help. or maybe installing an alarm, but those are quite pricy. Clearly Im no investigator but living in Toronto I know a lot of people who have gotten robbed, and found the person 2 days to two months later off some finger prints and a spraypaint tag on their wall.
