Piece of advice: when considering using an Internet company such as Wiggle, to buy a bike or other such large item, be very weary when they dont offer a Custer service dept telephone number! The reason for this information is through a very bad experience I am currently having with the above company. Their lack of commitment to resolve the issue is incredible! The issue I had was with a Felt AR3 2015. It has two seat bolt hex bolts, for securing the post in to the frame. Both fixed and tightened into place by wiggle. On initial trial, the seat seemed to be at the correct height. However, I wanted to make a minor adjust meant. So loosened one side of the post no problem, it seemed to be at the recommended setting. The other must have been tightened to at least 10x that recommendation, hence the bolt became rounded, worried at causing damage, I sort help from Wiggle, who suggested contacting a local bike shop, I did, and to no avail. I tried a few other suggested methods, but still unable to remove. So back to wiggle! Can you collect, yes! Saturday, No. Sportive the following week, can you return by them? Yes, it will be a priority! Did it arrive, No... Can you deliver back on a Saturday, No. Can deliver to your work place! Delivered Monday in a box to fill a van, no box removal and bike sat in hotel room with me and then laid in car for 200 mile trip home! So got it home, looked at work sheet, work done and bottle cage bolts removed too? Went to raise seat...... Hex bolt that was damaged still in, and no further on! So back to typing to wiggle, and answer to date, take it to a local bike shop and we will pay! This came on the back of the bar tape falling off after a week due to fitting issues! #wigglecycles @wigglecycles noooooo, send a new bike with upgraded wheels for all the hassle! Be warned fellow cyclists and other consumers!
