Pirelli to shadow Rogue Rally with more than R800 000 worth of supercar tyres! During the 2013 rally one Porche driver had so much fun during the gymkhana event that he decided to sacrifice an entire set of tyres worth around R40 000. Pirelli will supply top rated tyres for the various supercars that will be on this years rally. Some of the tyres can cost as much as R30 000 each! The track and gymkhana stages of the rally can be heavy on tyres so the drivers will also have the opportunity to state wheel sizes and special requests prior to the event. “Pirelli’s involvement in last years Rogue Rally proved to be invaluable.
