Pity is a cheap feeling. Normally, thats not recommended. - TopicsExpress

Pity is a cheap feeling. Normally, thats not recommended. Compassion is. But to these modern storytellers who spend millions to dish out tales like Noah and Son of God, is in store, my pity. When the son of man has moved farther and deeper beyond the myths of Old and New Testaments, why dish out the worn out and the false stories? The Creator in Noah is a punisher according to Aronofsky & Paramount Pictures. You, the viewer, never ask yourself these simple questions: Can a source of perfection, create anything imperfect? Can a source of love, punish or destroy? Verdict: Noah is anti-God and anti-widsom. And in Son of God (yet to be released in India), we see the American Jesus doing all over it again for the umpteenth time. The silly bread and the fish and the wine and the blind and the whiplash! (As if Mel Gibson and his Icon Productions did not do enough disservice to J already!) Would you ask yourself this question in favour of yourself, please? Will God the most compassionate let his children sin, and then send his son to absolve us by the torture of an illusory body and then be nailed to death? Will J set up a bread factory plus a brewery or blow life back to the dead against the will of the very son of God? Verdict: Son of God is the same silly outdated version of a mythical illusion that two billion still claim to believe in, while nobody cares a hoot about Js real teachings, let alone follow them. On one level, this is the poverty of imagination, creativity, knowledge, and guts. On a more important level however, this is sheer irreverence towards mankinds right to know the truth. Screenwriters who take home millions, studios who mint billions ought to sit and study whats been delivered to us now: The Truth. The real Jesus and his true teachings are now being told by the new oracles out there. Its time we left behind Paul, Peter, Mark & Co. Like its time we left behind Sankara and Vivekananda and Kirshnamurti & Co. What illusions led these old prophets are now being unravelled. All myths are now being shattered for the benefit of man, who has evolved into a vaster level of consciousness within this dreamscape, to understand in a better way, minus the mythical floral decorations. Any curious mind among you can touch and open a light-filled treasure chest of such astonishing wisdom and know more than John the Baptist or the gospel writers or the authors of Upanishads knew. Yes! Its all nearer to you than you think. All it needs is your willingness to open this treasure trove of wisdom. And yet you follow these storytellers like meek lambs through a valley of distortions. Still you gladly choose the floral decor and forget the core teachings. Pity to your choice to remain adamantly ignorant, dear men, women and children! Today, I choose to be cheap. But Ill kneel and forgive myself and you for this :-)
