Planet Welfare Foundation had organized an evening of Song and Dance for the enjoyment of children on the occasion of Childrens day. The special invitees were Mentally challenged special children and the event venue was Kashinath Ghanekar Auditorium Thane. The Chief guests were Shri Purvesh Sarnaik yuva sena rashtriya sachiv and Laxmi Tripathi. The evening of 15th November was filled with happiness and joy as children of all ages danced merrily on the stage together with the Saregama Little Champs team who performed for the event. The unique feature was that normal kids gave dance performances and showed their skills. Apart from the special kids of Jagruti Palak Sansthan kids from Harkishan English High School, Tusidham ,also participated in this event. The goal was to integrate the special children in the normal world that we live in, to focus on the fact that we must accept them as normal children . Planet welfare foundation is a charitable organization focusing on highlighting issues related to children and women.
