Oakley Needs Foster. Oakley is a very loving, gentle, and fun dog, who wants nothing more than to cuddle and play. Oakely is very adaptable and adjusts her energy level to suit her humans; if you want to play, shes ready to play; if you just want to relax, she will lay down next to you and hope for some belly rubs.
