Platinum Sandy is a handsome 5 year old, 16.1hh Thoroughbred gelding who is ready for a new career through the After The Races racehorse adoption program. Sandor is currently located in Nottingham, Pennsylvania with the adoption fee of $1,000. Sandor retired from racing with clean legs and no limitations. However, his hooves didn’t fare as well and is currently undergoing rehab for his hooves. Sandor will need to wear shoes year-round in the future and needs an adopter who will keep him shod/up to date with the farrier. Sandor is eager to please, with a sweet personality and this is reflected under saddle. He also lunges well, gets along with other horses, ties, loads, bathes etc. Lovely gelding to handle in all respects!
