Please Note the Schedule Changes in our Group Fitness Department! R.I.P.P.E.D. on Mondays and Thursdays begins at 8:10 am. Have you tried R.I.P.P.E.D. yet? Have you tried Cardio Kickboxing with Erin on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:20 am? Sunday spin with Tracy will begin at 7:15 am beginning February 2nd! Ashtanga Yoga with Whitney will begin at 10:45 am beginning Tuesday, February 4th. Mat Pilates on Thursdays with Sara begins at 10:15 am. Saturday classes in Studio B have changed…beginning immediately. There will now be a 7:00 am Mat Pilates with Julianna and 8:15 am Yoga Foundations with Drew. There will now be dance classes in Studio B on Saturdays after the Mat Pilates class! The Sunday Yoga class is cancelled starting immediately.
