♥ Please Share and Help if you can!! LEFTY - Leitchfield, KY - needs vet funds and a home. Please take a few minutes to watch the attached video. We have so many, many cats that need homes. We are trying to have ZERO intakes until we have funds and treatment in place for any of our fosters that need extra care and until some of our crowded foster homes place more cats in forever homes. BUT when we were helping with feral trapping last weekend, the colony caretaker pointed out a newcomer to the colony. One who was attacked by all the other cats and who was dragging his front leg. When we said we have to trap that one for sure and get him to the feral service vets., the caretaker said no problem because he is tame! Yep. Lefty let us pick him up and carry him around. He was skinny and pretty scratched up ...and dragging the leg or carrying it curled up under him. He was eartipped, neutered and treated for parasites at the big fix but was never out of his trap. The caretaker is concerned that he wont fare well in the colony. Wed like to get him an inside home and also get him a more thorough vet evaluation. We are courtesy listing him for the caretaker.
