Please allow me to take you back (Its Thursday) to my humble beginnings with the artist Daniel Adams. Some of you may know that we met in the Rio Grande Valley at Bentsen Rio Grande State Park, where I was a park ranger naturalist. We had many things in common to include our love for the natural world! After a wonderful courtship he proposed to me at the tree you see below. Then he painted the tree. In the original painting, Daniel painted magical images into the foliage and into the roots of the tree. I am sorry but the original is not for sale.....unless you have a million dollars and even then that is debatable. :) But you are welcome to purchase prints of The Proposal Tree . The beautiful flow of watercolors are all there like the original but the magical images in the foliage are not... You are welcome to visit the gallery to see it and allow me to share the whole story with you. We were married in May of 2009 at the Muskogee Oklahoma Renaissance Fair....another story when you visit. Please do!
