Please, also remember that vaccine clinics do not (or very rarely) - TopicsExpress

Please, also remember that vaccine clinics do not (or very rarely) offer a physical examination of your pet. It is essential to their health care that they have an exam done once a year. Two upcoming VACCINE CLINICS to announce: Thursday, October 16th from 4-6pm, at Shelby Humane Society. (This is a drive through clinic where pets and people stay in the car--very convenient for us all, especially nervous pets!) Sunday, October 26th from 2-4pm at Orr Park in Montevallo as part of the Critters by the Creek event put on by Montevallo Park & Rec. Pricing Information Rabies only - $10 Feline package, includes rabies - $35 Canine package, includes rabies - $35 Micro-chips, free but donations are appreciated We encourage all pet owners to visit their primary vet for all pet needs, however, we are aware that some owners do not have a primary vet. We strive to promote responsible pet ownership which includes services that will protect the people and pets of our community. Rabies is required by state law and rabies is a true risk in our community, protect yourselves and your pets. It has been reported this year that many vets are seeing an increase in the number of parvo cases they are seeing. Please protect your pet from this horrible, extremely expensive to treat, often life ending virus. Annual vaccines are critical to the health of your pet. You will be provided the necessary paperwork at the event--or print and complete the following form to bring with you--you must bring 2 copies of it: shelbyhumane.org/tyfoon/site/fckeditor/file/Vaccine%20form.pdf
