Please be advised, if you would like to see a NORML chapter working in your area, we need LOCAL people to start AND run it! If you are interested in being the one to make this happen instead of simply saying that it "needs to happen"... find 4 other like minded and motivated people to be directors on your board and read more here. Please feel free to ask me anything about this process, I would LOVE to see more chapters working across the state of Texas, but we cannot be the boots on the ground for your community. It has to come from within.
