Please be advised that the event at The Cobbler in Pontefract booked for the 7th April has been CANCELLED. Despite the fact that we booked at the end of February and they signed for our package on 4th March and despite the fact that we have been going there regularly for the past couple of years I got a message today to say that they had another Medium booked in April and that we should change our date to June or July. I responded to say that they should cancel the booking and we would not be using their pub again.... I believe there should have been some loyalty towards our regular custom and I feel I have been backstabbed in this respect so I am sure you can understand why we have cancelled it. I shall look into finding another venue in the area to accommodate our regular customers there.
