Please be honest, why do you train and race ...? Guys, do have a blessed Friday with lots of soul enrichment. And of course, do have a memorable running outing on Sunday. I am especially mindful of ALL the debut 10km and debut full marathon runners - give your best to achieve success! The rest, you know what to do - go out and enjoy - and make peace with yourself on the Peace Run! I am sure that the experienced marathon runners, e.g. Ashraf, etc. will be out there to lend a helping hand to the newbies. Reyanah, Leon, Adlee and the rest, your first marathon is waiting ommiedraai ... I know that you are in top form to run/walk for life on Sunday! I will be looking out for you on the road on Sunday - from the pavement, hey! Everything of the best to you all. Please do not forget to take your race confirmation, ID and Racetec chip along (if you have one already) when you collect your race number and goodie bag at the race registration venue. Someone (a Beginner - not Zee!) asked me the other day whether it must be a Racetec chip or could it be any other chip, like Simba ...
