Please be kind The staff at the HSA do an amazing job everyday. Recently I have witnessed members of the public mistreat them especially in the Pharmacy and Physio departments. Rather than take your misplaced anger out on the hospital staff please take a step back and I look at the sheer volume of work/people that HSA staff are processing and treating. Look at their respective performances and remember they are being ask to do their jobs on a shoe string budget and justify every aspirin, piece of gauze and even paper (look at Auditor general report). So to say HSA staff are under pressure is an understatement - just like every Gov department. But remember that HSA staff have our health, our lives in their hands - the responsibility is greater! Please stop and think before dumping on them. Be kind and even remember to say thank you for their performance. A little gratitude or acknowledgement goes a long way.
