There appear to be movement in the case with the referral by the DOJ to the FBI and by the referral by the Inspector General of the USPS to the fraud division, as well as adoption of the 120 year rule by the SSA . FOIA requests for information and subsequent legal actions were sent to multiple agencies and courts including Social Security Administration, IRS and Selective Service. Taitz is litigating these cases pro bono, donations to cover expenses are greatly appreciated. 2 of the case are currently in front of the Chief Judge of the USDC for the District of Columbia, Judge Lamberth. Decision in 11-402 Taitz v Astrue is due any day now.
