WANTED SUNDAY VOLUNTEERS. Must be able to dedicate from 9.00am to 4.30pm on Sundays for at least the next six months. We offer on the job training but you need not apply if you dont have the following- -people skills, you must be able to talk to people of all ages and experiences. Your job will be to give instruction and instil confidence to those that need it. -a good work ethic, we saddle up to 30 horses some mornings and its hard work. We have time constraints and get put under the pump to get it done quickly. -dedication, we do not want to put in all our effort and hours into training you up, only to have you leave four weeks after you start. -confidence, you will need to have a basic level of confidence with horses. It will be hard for you to instil confidence to other if you are terrified yourself ;) -a sense of humour, we try our best to have a good, fun time whilst we work and we all enjoy what we do so we dont need people that wont be able to have a good time whilst they work. Applicant must be 13 and upwards and MUST be able to lift a saddle on a tall horse unassisted.
