Please could you help to find the owners of this dog. He was found tied outside the practice this morning. Were not sure if he has been abandoned or whether he escaped on a walk as the part of the lead that was on him was chewed through. He is a male unneutered Jack Russell Terrier, by looking at his condition and his teeth we estimate him to be roughly 2-3 years.
