Please dont drink and drive! Our guardian angels whoever you are...thank you for watching out for us last night. While walking around our neighborhood last night Chey and I were almost run over by a drunk driver! A simple matter of feet and or seconds and luck kept us from being killed! He missed hitting the first car in front of us by inches, swerving to miss it he headed right towards us and corrected back to his left striking a parked SUV literally ripping the entire drivers side fenders and wheels off of both cars. Sliding to a stop and with both cars totaled he proceeds to attempt to drive off, his car was destroyed but kept trying to put it in gear hammering the throttle and mashing gears while his front axel was shredding the ground! Ironically my daughter Chey and I were taking a walk talking about safety and situational awareness when it happened. Im very thankful we werent hurt or killed, and thankfully the drunk driver wasnt injured either despite the totaling of two cars and being a completely selfish wreck less A HOLE! But that seems to be common with drunk drivers, and not so much as a single scratch to himself. Again Id like to beg you all to not drink and drive on this Superbowl weekend! Please hug your kids and hug your parents, tell them you love them and be thankful for being blessed with everyday you have here on this earth. It can be taken away in so many ways instantly. I love you Chey Chey and Im just glad someone was watching over us! DONT DRINK AND DRIVE!
