Yesterday Dear All, As you will be aware Cheadle Mosque is planning a partial redevelopment of its current building to provide better facilities for the wider community. It is going through the normal planning process and despite best attempts to engage the local community prior to submission of the proposal, we have found there have been numerous objections to this redevelopment. Of course not everyone will agree with the proposal and of course everyone is entitled to their opinion - at the same time we need to ensure there is a balanced discussion and that the many, many positives of the Mosque redevelopment are highlighted.
