Respected Sir/Madam, I am belongs to Nellore Town (Sri.M.Venkaiah Naidu Jis Native Place) of Andhra Pradesh. I went to Bhopal of M.P. for MBBS admission for 2013-14 to my son @ LN MEDICAL COLLEGE & RESEARCH CENTER,JK TOWN,SARVADHARAM,C-SECTOR,KOLAR ROAD,BHOPAL.(M.P.)-462042 along with 12 other parents from A.P.we paid approximately Rs.2.60 crores for 13 seats and received the college receipts,and confirmation letters,through the agents of college secretary Mr. Anupam Chouksey in his office. After wards the college management cheated us and not given the MBBS seats and money. we lodged a complaint against them @ kolar road police station,Bhopal,Madhya Pradesh FIR.No:420 Dt. 27-09-2013. After thorough investigation by the police officers,management cheating was proved and arrested and remanded the college secretary Mr.Anupam Chouksey and his agents. But Money not return and refund me till date. In this connection, I am humbly praying you Sir/Madam, Pl z intervene in the matter personally on humanitarian grounds and cancel the college MCI recognition and save the public from their cheating,Pl z take suitable action to refund my money from the college management and do Justice.
