Please everyone will you say a prayer that our offer on this house is accepted. And that we can get our financing. This is a foreclosure in a nice neighborhood in Lehigh Acres Florida. They are asking 63500 we are going to offer $48,000. It needs quite a bit of work but nothing we cant do ourselves pretty much. It is all newly painted but needs new cupboard doors in the kitchen, A new hood over the stove area and they people took the solar panels used to heat the pool off the roof and took the pump and pool filter. I think they were pissed when they left. The carpet in the bedrooms is new also. It is tile floor throughout the rest of the house. It is a 2 bedroom 1 bath home.
